Weekly Homework and Procedures
Please try and read every night with your child. Homework should not last longer than 20-30 minutes. Please tell on the Topic Sheet one activity that you did with your child. It does not necessarily need to be school related. Learning takes place in all places and ways! Homework is due on Fridays.
Homework procedures
You will get a Topic Sheet, at the beginningn of each week in your child's folder. The sheet lists content from each subject area that we work on in class. The homework lists activities that you can complete at home with your child. This will be your child's weekly homework. We would like you to complete and sign the bottom of the page, so that we know you are aware of what your child is learning in class. You do not have to complete every activity, but this will keep you informed of what your child is learning and will give you the opportunity to work on the skills your child may be struggling with.
